Return Materials Authorization
(RMA) Process

To make this process smooth and efficient, we offer a structured Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process.

1. Request an RMA Number

Begin by downloading the RMA form above and filling in all required fields. You may include details for up to 5 items per form. Once completed, email the form to rma@rearvisionsystems.com.au. Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number.

2. Prepare Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include all accessories and documentation that came with the product. Please print the final RMA form provided to you by our support team and include with the returned goods to ensure a smooth processing experience.

3. Shipping Instructions

Send your package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method, as Rear Vision Systems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Return shipping costs may apply depending on warranty coverage and return reason.

4. Inspection and Processing

Upon receipt, our team will inspect your item to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. Once inspected, you’ll receive an email with the status of your return and any applicable next steps.

5. Resolution

Depending on the outcome of the inspection, if the item is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item. If not covered under warranty, we will provide a quote to repair or replace the item and await your response before proceeding.
